Big Band Holiday Concert at Osceola Arts
The Osceola Arts Big Band is a Community Band, located in Kissimmee, FL. The Band consists of 18 musicians. Many are from retired Military Bands, retired School Band Directors, engineers, and other businessmen and women. The Director is Dr. Thomas E. Silliman, Sr. His wife, Connie sings with the Band. The Band performs concerts at the Osceola Arts in Kissimmee and is also available to play for any special events.

All on-site parking is free and open to our patrons. Our Main Building also includes a circular drive that enables our patrons to drop off guests in front of the main entrance.
